Based on that, targeted rating is proposed with the required documentation and analysis.

Design interventions and design analysis such as energy analysis, daylight analysis and sun path analysis, are reflected in the actual design.

All documents are collected or prepared for a pre-certification submission.

Final documents are reviewed in order to improve the rating(if possible).

All documentation and analysis is submitted for review and pre-certification is achieved on commitment basis.

Final Rating of the building is targeted once the building construction starts and goes on to the completion and operational stage of the building.

Committed points are matched with the actual working of the building with appropriate documentation.

After successful site visits from the respective green building council(s) and documentation for the same, it is submitted for final review.

On satisfying all committed credits, final certification is achieved and needs to be updated every year w.r.t the respective green building rating.
