  • We start dismantling existing structure after getting NOC from RWA and local authority.

  • Preparation of Good for Construction drawings.

  • In case of no dismantling, this stage coincides with Stage 6.

  • We lay strong foundation in consultation with our Structural Engineer supervised by our Project Manager.

  • Day to day monitoring by our Civil Engineer to ensure Quality construction.
